Spicy Tuna Bowl
The perfect dish for the summertime when you don’t want to cook or use any of the appliances in your house. It is also incredibly healthy with a little bit of a kick!
Ingredients
3 Cups of Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce, rinsed and ripped
1 Can of Chunk Tuna, drained
1/2 Cucumber, sliced
1/2 Avocado, sliced
1/4 Cup of Green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Mayonaise
1-2 Tsp. Sriracha plus extra for drizzling
1 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Sesame Seeds (white and/or black)
Directions
Drain the can of tuna then transfer it to a bowl. Add in the mayo, sriracha and salt. Combine well then set aside.
Combine the lettuce, cucumber and avocado in a large salad bowl, arrange as desired.
Scoop the tuna on top then sprinkle the green onion. Drizzle additional sriracha and sprinkle the sesame seeds last. Voila! A very healthy lunch idea!
