Spicy Tuna Bowl

The perfect dish for the summertime when you don’t want to cook or use any of the appliances in your house. It is also incredibly healthy with a little bit of a kick!

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups of Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce, rinsed and ripped

  • 1 Can of Chunk Tuna, drained

  • 1/2 Cucumber, sliced

  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 Cup of Green onion, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonaise

  • 1-2 Tsp. Sriracha plus extra for drizzling

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

  • 1 Tsp. Sesame Seeds (white and/or black)

Directions

  • Drain the can of tuna then transfer it to a bowl. Add in the mayo, sriracha and salt. Combine well then set aside.

  • Combine the lettuce, cucumber and avocado in a large salad bowl, arrange as desired.

  • Scoop the tuna on top then sprinkle the green onion. Drizzle additional sriracha and sprinkle the sesame seeds last. Voila! A very healthy lunch idea!
