Greek Dip

I have been meaning to make this dish for quite some time, I just could never find the right time to do it. Well, the right time arrived and here we are. This dish is a nice switch up from the classic dips you enjoy as an appie with friends or family. I enjoy it because it is a little lighter and very fresh!

Ingredients

  • 16oz of Cream Cheese, softened

  • 8 oz of Garlic Hummus

  • 1 Cucumber, sliced and chopped into 1/4’s

  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped

  • 3/4 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives, chopped

  • 1/2 Green Pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 Red Onion, chopped

  • 1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1-2 Tsp. Oregano

  • 1-2 Tsp. Pepper

  • 1-2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • Chips to serve with the dip

Directions

  • Combine the softened cream cheese with the seasonings. Spread evenly across the bottom of a casserole dish.

  • Evenly spread the hummus overtop of the cream cheese.

  • Chop all the veggies and combine in a medium bowl then add on top of the hummus.

  • Lastly, add the feta and keep in the fridge until ready to serve with chips, crackers or pita chips.
