Wild Porcini Mushroom & Truffle Turkey Meatballs

I saw a similar recipe in a friend’s instagram story and I knew I had to create a similar recipe.

I had all the ingredients i just don’t know how i didn’t think of putting a recipe like this together sooner!

Also, the name of the recipe and the ingredients givesoff fancy vibes but it is actually such a simple recipe to be able to pull together. Especially if you want to LOOK fancy.

Prep Time: 40 minutes

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Serving Size: 28-30 meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1lb. Ground Turkey

  • 1 Cup Mushrooms (White & Crimini mixed), chopped

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 Cup bread Crumbs

  • 2-3 Tsp. Evoolution White Truffle Infused Olive Oil

  • 1 Tsp. Evoolution Wild Porcini Mushroom Sea Salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients together. Mix Well.

  • Pre-heat oven to 375F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray then form the mixture into 1.5inch balls and lay on the baking sheet.

  • Bake approx. 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked to 165F internal temperature.

  • Serve with ravioli and sauteed mushrooms. Garnish with fresh parm and parsley.
