The perfect cold weather dish. You get all the deliciousness of an eggroll without all the work of actually making one.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Pork

  • 2 Cups of Rice, cooked

  • 3 Cups Cabbage, chopped (we went lazy and bought a bag of coleslaw and just tossed the dressing)

  • 1 Cup of Mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 Cup of Shredded Carrots

  • 3/4 Cup Red Onion, sliced

  • 4-5 Cloves of Garlic, minced

  • 4-6 Tbsp. Evoolution Madagascar Black Pepper Fused Oil

  • 2-3 Tbsp. Evoolution Dark Toasted Sesame Fused Oil

  • 2-3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

  • 3-4 Dumpling Wrappers

  • 2-3 Tsp. Evoolution Leek Fused Oil

  • Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste

  • Green Onion & Sesame Seeds for garnish

Directions

  • In a large pan, add 1/2 of the Madagascar black pepper oil and the ground pork. Season the ground pork with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook about 10-12 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  • In the same pan, add the remaining black pepper and the cabbage as well as the carrots. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  • While those veggies begin cooking, heat the leek infused oil in a small pan. Cut the dumpling wrappers into 1cm wide strips and add to the small pan. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned on each side. Remove from heat and set aside for garnish.

  • Add the mushrooms and onions to the cabbage mixture. Add in the dark toasted sesame oil and the soy sauce. Add additional pepper as needed.

  • Add in the garlic and mix well.

  • Add the ground pork back in, mix well and provide additional seasoning as needed.

  • Plate with rice, crispy strips, green onion and sesame seeds. Drizzle with sriracha if desired for some heat too!
