Sushi Bowl

Oh man … sushi is delicious but making it at home can be time consuming. This sushi bowl gives you all the vibes of sushi with half of the work. What a great and cost effective date night dinner too!

Serving Size: 2 Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of cooked Sticky Rice

  • 1.5-2 Cups of Shredded Imitation Crab Meat

  • 1/2 Cucumber, sliced

  • 1 Avocado, sliced

  • 2 Pieces of Seeweed, cut into strips

  • 1/2 Cup Green Onions

  • 2-3 Tsp. Sriracha Mayo

  • Ginger, Wasabi & Sriracha for garnish

  • Sesame Seeds for garnish

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the shredded imitation crab with the sriracha mayo and mix well.

  • Fill 2 bowls with equal portions of the rice then top with equal portions of cucumber, imitation crab meat and avocado.

  • Sprinkle with the sesame seeds, top with the seaweed and sprinkle the chopped green onion.

  • Drizzle with sriracha or add ginger, wasabi and soy sauce. Enjoy!


MAKE IT EASY - Either buy the imitation crab meat already shredded or leave it in chunks for eating.

MAKE IT EXTRA - Buy the pieces of crab meat and shred them yourself then combine with homemade sriracha mayo.
