Sushi Bowl
Oh man … sushi is delicious but making it at home can be time consuming. This sushi bowl gives you all the vibes of sushi with half of the work. What a great and cost effective date night dinner too!
Serving Size: 2 Bowls
Ingredients
2 Cups of cooked Sticky Rice
1.5-2 Cups of Shredded Imitation Crab Meat
1/2 Cucumber, sliced
1 Avocado, sliced
2 Pieces of Seeweed, cut into strips
1/2 Cup Green Onions
2-3 Tsp. Sriracha Mayo
Ginger, Wasabi & Sriracha for garnish
Sesame Seeds for garnish
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the shredded imitation crab with the sriracha mayo and mix well.
Fill 2 bowls with equal portions of the rice then top with equal portions of cucumber, imitation crab meat and avocado.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds, top with the seaweed and sprinkle the chopped green onion.
Drizzle with sriracha or add ginger, wasabi and soy sauce. Enjoy!
MAKE IT EASY - Either buy the imitation crab meat already shredded or leave it in chunks for eating.
MAKE IT EXTRA - Buy the pieces of crab meat and shred them yourself then combine with homemade sriracha mayo.
