Steak & Marinade Ingredients
1-2 Large Eye of Round Steaks or end pieces, cut into 2 inch cubes
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
2 Tsp. Onion Powder
2 Tsp. Valentina’s Hot Sauce
2 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Pepper
Shrimp and Spice Ingredients
10-12 Colossal Shrimp, deveined with tail ON
2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tsp. Seasoning Salt
2 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tsp. Paprika
Directions
Combine steak and all marinade ingredients in a large glass container. Shake well then add a little more salt. Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
After steak is thoroughly marinated, pre-heat the BBQ to 425F degrees approximately.
Season both sides of all shrimp then skewer up with the steak.
If you are worried about your steak being under cooked I suggest kebobing the steak first and placing on the BBQ to cook for about 5-6 minutes on its own for a little as the shrimp only takes 5-6 minutes.
Rotate between Steak cubes and shrimp on the kebob. BBQ up over medium/high heat until shrimp is pink and steak is cooked to desired temperature. Remove from BBQ and then remove meat from the skewers and serve with lots of veggies.
