Pork Roast

Winter is basically here and we love a good ol’ fashion Pork Roast! Nothing fancy here, just our basic B.

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Pork Roast

  • 2-4 Tsp. JamDinners Pork Roast Rub

  • Olive Oil of choice (we use EVOO Rosemary Olive Oil)

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 425F degrees.

  • Oil up the outside of the pork roast then sprinkle evenly all sides of the roast with the seasoning.

  • Lay on a tinfoil lined baking dish and cook for about 15 minutes (or quickly sear all sides in a pan on the stove then place in the oven). Reduce temperature to 375F degrees and continue cooking for about 75-90 minutes depending on the size. Cook until an internal temperature of 165F degrees is achieved.

  • Slice the roast and serve with potatoes or other veggies.
