Patty Melts

Health and Fitness fanatics beware … THIS MEAL IS NOT FOR YOU. It is so far from healthy it could clog an artery just reading the ingredients. But what fun is it to only eat healthy food all day long? Sometimes you need to indulge. This actually would be a perfect hangover meal, it is really stepping up your GRILLED CHEESE game to the highest level.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef

  • 4 Pieces Texas Toast

  • 1/2 White Onion, chopped

  • 6-8 Kraft Cheddar Slices

  • 4-5 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine

  • 1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  • In a pan melt margarine over medium heat then add in the onions and saute about 5-6 minutes. Add in the beef and spices. Continue cooking until beef is fully cooked. Lay 4-5 pieces of cheese on top and allow to melt into the meat.

  • While the cheese is melting, lather 1 side of each piece of bread with mayonnaise. Spread the beef mix on the opposite side of the mayo on 2 pieces of bread.

  • Top each sandwich with another piece of cheese.

  • Place the other bread on top of the meat to make the sandwich. Mayo side out. Lay the sandwiches in the pan used for meat and brown the toast.

  • Flip and brown the second side then serve!
