Spicy Tuna Cucumber Bites
Who would think you could find/make a delicious HEALTHY football Sunday snack … well you can. This is the recipe you are looking for. I absolutely love football and snacks and everything associated with them. Let’s be honest though, with all the football Sunday’s in a year I had to start to find healthier options … TA DA!
Ingredients
1 Cucumber, sliced
1 Can of Flaked White Tuna
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Green Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tsp. Sesame Seeds
1 Tsp. Sriracha
1/2 Tsp. Sesame Oil
Directions
Combine the sauces, oil and tuna together in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Lay the cucumber slices out and scoop about 1/2-1 tsp. of the tuna mix on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. Drizzle with additional sauce if desired.
