Korean Sesame Salmon Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon Fillet

  • 2 Tsp. Evoolution Dark Toasted Japanese Sesame EVOO

  • Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste

  • 2-3 Tbsp. Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce

  • 1 Cup of White Rice, cooked

  • 1 Cup Iceberg Lettuce

  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Edamame Beans

  • 1/2 Cup Sliced & Quartered Cucumbers

  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, sliced

  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Carrots

Directions

  • Add the Sesame EVOO to a small pan, add the salmon fillet and season with desired portions of salt, pepper & garlic powder. Cook through, about 15 minutes, rotating sides for even browning.

  • Once fully cooked, brush the bbq sauce generously on all sides then plate up with all other ingredients and sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onion if desired.
