Korean Sesame Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
1 Salmon Fillet
2 Tsp. Evoolution Dark Toasted Japanese Sesame EVOO
Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste
2-3 Tbsp. Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
1 Cup of White Rice, cooked
1 Cup Iceberg Lettuce
1/2 Avocado, sliced
1/2 Cup Edamame Beans
1/2 Cup Sliced & Quartered Cucumbers
1/4 Cup Red Onion, sliced
1/4 Cup Shredded Carrots
Directions
Add the Sesame EVOO to a small pan, add the salmon fillet and season with desired portions of salt, pepper & garlic powder. Cook through, about 15 minutes, rotating sides for even browning.
Once fully cooked, brush the bbq sauce generously on all sides then plate up with all other ingredients and sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onion if desired.
