Honey Ginger Chicken

Such an easy dinner idea with all the flavor you are hoping for!

Prep Time: 20 minutes (+3hr marinate time)

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Serving Size: 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast OR 4 Chicken Thighs, cubed

  • 1/2 Cup Evoolution Honey & Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha

  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a glass container with a lid, mix well and store in the fridge for approx. 3 hours.

  • Remove the chicken from the fridge and pan fry in olive oil of choice until fully cooked. Approx. 25 minutes. Get all sides of the chicken cubes browned and serve with rice and broccoli. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

  • If you want to have fun you can dredge each chicken cube in a dry corn starch mixture before pan frying to add some extra crisp!
