Korean BBQ Beef Burger
We saved the best for last this year … this Korean BBQ Beef burger was so easy to make and turned out SO delicious!

Kimchi Mayo Ingredients
1 Cup Kimchi, finely chopped
1/2 Cup-3/4 Cup Mayo
1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
Burger Patty Ingredients
1 lb. Lee’s Gourmet Ground Beef
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Liquid Smoke
Salt & Pepper to taste
Burger Ingredients
2 Kaiser Buns
1/2 Red Onion, sliced
1 Cup Kimchi
3/4 Cup Red Cabbage
1 Carrot, shredded
1/2 Cucumber, cut into long slices
1/2 Cup Green Onion
Directions
Combine all kimchi mayo ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Allow to sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
Prep the burger patties by combining all ingredients and forming into 2 identical patties. Pre-heat the BBQ and cook on indirect heat at 500F for about 25 minutes or until fully cooked, ensuring to flip half way through.
Lightly toast the buns on the BBQ then begin dressing the buns, starting with the kimchi mayo and all desired toppings noted above.
