Jalapeno Popper Dip

I absolutely love bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers .. so why not make a dip out of the main ingredients? BOOM.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1/4 Cup Mozza Cheese, shredded

  • 1 Jalapeno, chopped

  • 2-3 Slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 Tsp. Everything Seasoning

  • Chips or bread slices for dipping

Directions

  • Combine the cream cheese, mozza, most of the jalapeno and most of the bacon into a large bowl. Mix well.

  • Microwave until soft and has the consistency of a dip or broil on LO for 5ish minutes or until soft and top starts to turn golden brown.

  • Remove from oven or microwave, top with remaining jalapeno and bacon pieces and sprinkle with everything seasoning. Serve, as mentioned with bread or chips.


MAKE IT EASY - Use jarred pickled jalapenos instead of buying a fresh one and then finely chopping it. Omit the everything seasoning if you don’t have it.

MAKE IT EXTRA - Use a fancier cheese like gruyere to replace the mozza.

MAKE IT VEGETARIAN - Omit the bacon or swap it for a meatless replacement.
