Garlic Bacon Parm Tortellini
Who doesn’t love an easy dinner with bacon, garlic and cheese? Maybe vegetarians or vegans but that’s gotta be about it!
Ingredients
3-4 Cups uncooked Cheese Tortellini
4 Pieces of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. Garlic Infused Oil
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Pepper
Directions
Cook Tortellini in a pot of boiling water as per direction. Once the tortellini is fully cooked, drain. Add in the oil, bacon, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Scoop into desired plates/bowls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese so it slightly melts and add some fresh ground black pepper as well.
MAKE IT EASY - Use regular olive oil and garlic powder instead of the garlic infused oil.
MAKE IT EXTRA - Make the tortellini from scratch.
MAKE IT VEGETARIAN - Swap the bacon for a vegetarian based soy product that can be crumbled on top.
