Ham & Egg Croissant Bake
This might quite literally be the easiest brunch EVER.

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
Serving Size: 6-8 people
Ingredients
2 Cups Leftover Ham, cut into bite sized pieces
6 Croissants
5 Eggs
1 Cup Cheese of choice, shredded
2 Tsp. JamDinners Everything Seasoning
1 Tsp. Pepper
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Spray a baking dish or casserol dish (minimally 9x9 in size). Rip each croissant into 3/4 big bite sized pieces and spread out in the dish. Add in the ham pieces, again spreading out.
Whisk the 5 eggs together with the pepper then pour evenly over the croissants and ham.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over top then season with the Everything Seasoning. Bake approx 25-30 minutes to ensure eggs are fully cooked. Remove from the oven and serve with dijon mustard.
