Ham & Egg Croissant Bake

This might quite literally be the easiest brunch EVER.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes

Serving Size: 6-8 people

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Leftover Ham, cut into bite sized pieces

  • 6 Croissants

  • 5 Eggs

  • 1 Cup Cheese of choice, shredded

  • 2 Tsp. JamDinners Everything Seasoning

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.

  • Spray a baking dish or casserol dish (minimally 9x9 in size). Rip each croissant into 3/4 big bite sized pieces and spread out in the dish. Add in the ham pieces, again spreading out.

  • Whisk the 5 eggs together with the pepper then pour evenly over the croissants and ham.

  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly over top then season with the Everything Seasoning. Bake approx 25-30 minutes to ensure eggs are fully cooked. Remove from the oven and serve with dijon mustard.
