Greek Veggie Hummus Bowl

All the delicious Greek goodness and all the delicious veggies!

Serving Size: 2 Bowls

Ingredients

  • 3-5 Cups Iceberg Lettuce

  • 1 Cup Chick Peas

  • 1 Cup Cucumbers, chopped

  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped

  • 3/4 Cup Garlic Hummus

  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Tzatziki

  • 1/3 Cup Kalamata Olives, sliced

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Season with a little extra pepper.


MAKE IT EASY - Use store bought tzatziki and hummus.
