Greek Veggie Hummus Bowl
All the delicious Greek goodness and all the delicious veggies!
Serving Size: 2 Bowls
Ingredients
3-5 Cups Iceberg Lettuce
1 Cup Chick Peas
1 Cup Cucumbers, chopped
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
3/4 Cup Garlic Hummus
1/2 Cup Red Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, chopped
1/2 Cup Tzatziki
1/3 Cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Season with a little extra pepper.
MAKE IT EASY - Use store bought tzatziki and hummus.
MAKE IT EXTRA - Make the tzatziki from scratch (our recipe is here) and even the hummus if you are feeling it!
