Easy Dinner Rolls
These easy dinner rolls have everything you are looking for in a dinner roll … including our Everything Seasoning. They are easy, tasty, filling and pretty. Give them a whirl! You will need a kitchen scale for this recipe though so that it stays an EASY recipe.
Dry Ingredients
250g + 85g Flour (you will understand later why I have separated them out)
34g Sugar
4g Yeast
4g Salt
Everything Seasoning
Wet Ingredients
180g Milk (110F degrees approx)
35g Margarine, softened
2 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
1/2 Egg (room temperature)
Directions
Combine all the dry ingredients in a stand mixer bowl (except the 85g of Flour and Everything Seasoning) and combine lightly.
Add in all the wet ingredients except the 2 tbsp of melted margarine. Mix on low-medium heat until fully combined then turn the speed up and mix for 2 minutes.
Grease a separate bowl with a little cooking spray then form the dough from the stand mixer bowl into a large ball and add to the greased bowl. Cover with a tea towel and set aside in a warm location for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, create even dough balls out of the big dough ball (I can usually get 9 - 65g balls out of the big dough ball). and lay them on a a baking sheet then re-cover with the tea towel and allow them to sit another 30 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven to 375F degrees. Now you can either bake them on the pan you have them on, or do what I do and spray a a round pan and transfer them in there nice and snug.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, brush with the melted butter/margarine then sprinkle with desired amount of Everything Seasoning.
MAKE IT EASY - Top the buns with brushed margarine and salt only if you son’t have the Everything Seasoning.
MAKE IT EXTRA - Top with some dried oregano also for extra flavor and color.
