Greek Turkey Gyros

We have said it before, we are not huge on ‘NEW YEAR NEW ME’ or working on new years resolutions per say but we do always feel the need to switch gears and get back to healthy meals after the carb heavy holidays. These Greek Turkey Gyros are both very filling and reasonably healthy. Plus they are very tasty!
