Feta & Spinach Turkey Burgers

IMG_2042.jpg

When making ‘healthier’ recipes I always make sure to get really creative with them so they don’t taste boring. My favorite way to cook turkey burgers is greek style! I use lemon, dill, feta and spinach - soooo tasty! Pairing this burger with a fresh greek salad makes for a perfect summer meal you can feel good about eating. Even swap the burger bun out for a wrap or lettuce wrap.

Serving Size: 4 Patties

  • Combine all ingredients except the cucumber, tomato, red onion and Taztiki in a bowl and mix well. You can seal this really well and allow to sit in the fridge for a couple hours for enhanced flavors.

  • Form into patties and heat BBQ to appropriate temperature. Cook fully, flipping 1/2 way through. Top with all listed toppings and additional Feta and serve on a fresh bun!
