Greek Potato Wedges
We love Greek styled food in our house and Greek Potato Wedges is a GREAT opportunity to change up your dinner in a crazy easy way! Check it out! We truly enjoy pairing these wedges with Greek chicken and Greek salad. Really make a meal out of the whole thing. It has all the ‘Opa’ feels but better and all the goodness of a home cooked meal!

Ingredients
2-3 Medium/Large White Potatoes
2-3 Medium/Large Red Potatoes
2-3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1-2 Tsp. Dill
1-2 Tsp. Oregano
1-2 Tsp. Salt
1-2 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Or replace all seasonings above with our GREEK SEASONING**
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400F degrees. Wash potatoes then slice length wise as thick or as thin as you desire.
Place the potato wedges in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil then season with all the spices. Mix well.
Spray a tinfoil lined baking sheet with cooking spray and then dump out the potatoes and arrange in a single layer. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked. Flip the potatoes half way through to help ensure both sides are crispy. Serve with fresh made Tzatziki Sauce!
