Fresh Fruit & Nut Salad
When it comes to salads, the more creative you can be the more likely you are to enjoy eating it! I could eat salads every day for dinner, the Mr. on the other hand needs variety and getting him to eat salads everyday takes a little bit of work. This salad was actually his idea and turned out great so it will definitely stay on my list of go-to’s.

Ingredients
2 Cups Fresh Butter Lettuce
2 Cups Fresh Romaine Lettuce
1 Granny Smith Apple, sliced
1 Pear, diced
3-5 Strawberries, sliced
1/2 Red Onion, sliced
1/3 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/3 Cup Mixed Nuts/Cranberries of choice
Poppy Seed or Creamy Balsamic Dressing
Directions
Wash all fruits and vegetables prior to cutting. Mix in a bowl and top with dressing. Add Chicken for protein!
