Egg Filled Peppers

I mean I almost didn’t waste my time sharing this recipe .. the name essentially says it all. you have peppers and you have eggs. Okay there are a few more ingredients but it is a pretty damn easy and delicious breakfast option so give it a whirl!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

  • Pre-heat oven to 375F degrees. Take the halved pepper and place on a baking sheet (cut side up) and cook for approx. 10 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle in the mozza cheesae evenly in both halves, season with a little JamDinners Signature seasoning and then crack and egg into each half (if the pepper is large you may want to crack 2 into 1 half).

  • Season with a little more signature seasoning then back for about 25-30 minutes or until egg is fully cooked.
