Creole Salmon Bites

Delicious and easy “healthy” snacks CAN be a thing on football Sunday. Just sayin.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15-20 minutes

Serving Size: 2 Fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Fillets, skin removed and chopped into 1 inch cubes

  • 3-4 Tbsp. Evoolution Red Cayenne Chili Oil

  • 1-2 Tbsp. JamDinners Creole Seasoning

Directions

  • Toss the salmon cubes with 1/2 of the EVOO oil and all of the creole seasoning. Mix well.

  • Add the remaining oil to a medium pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add the salmon pieces, cook about 3-4 minutes on each side until beautifully browned and fully cooked.

  • Serve with a quick dill dip using our Dill Dip Seasoning.
