Korean Chicken Flatbread

All I want to say is yum! We took some leftovers and added some asian inspired flavors to pull this together.

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Serving Size: 1 Large Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Crust

  • 1.5-2 Cups Leftover Rotisserie Chicken, shredded

  • 1.5 Cups Mozza or Havarti Cheese, shredded

  • 3/4 Cup Red Onion, sliced

  • 2-3 Tsp. Korean BBQ Sauce/Marinade

  • 2-3 Tsp. Evoolution Gochujang Fused Oil

  • 1-2 Tsp. Evoolution Garlic Infused Oil

  • 2 Tsp. Gochujaro Spice

  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion, sliced

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.

  • Toss the chicken with the gochujaro seasoning, gochujang oil and the garlic oil. Toss well until chicken is really coated and turning red in color.

  • Brush the Korean sauce on the pizza crust then top with the shredded cheese.

  • Top with the chicken and red onion the place in the oven.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes then broil on LO for 12-15 or until the top is golden brown.

  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the green onion on top. Drizzle with sriracha or sriracha mayo for extra heat and color.
