Creamy Tuna Pasta Salad

You know those days where you haven’t gone grocery shopping and feel like you have very little food in the house? You look into your pantry and all you see is some dried pasta and a couple cans of tuna? Well … that’s perfect! That is exactly what happened to me one evening and I thought to myself what can I do with these ingredients and what I have in my fridge … Tuna Pasta salad it is and it is so simple!

Serving Size: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans of flaked Tuna, drained

  • 2 Cups dry Penne pasta, cooked, drained and cooled

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, chopped

  • 1-2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp. Dried Dill

  • 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. It can be eaten right away although it is best served after being refrigerated for a minimum of 2 hours.
