Chicken Roll Ups
These tasty little treats are something that I have been making for the last 10+ years. They are super easy and a real crowd pleaser whether at a football party, girls night or just an afternoon snack. I recently made these for my BFF’s baby shower and again, everyone really liked them!
Ingredients
5 Large Tortillas
2 Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
8oz. Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 Cup Franks Hot Sauce
1/2 Cup Green Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Tomato, chopped
1 Tbsp. Seasoning Salt
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp. Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the tortillas in a large bowl and mix well. Spoon a hearty scoop full of the mixture on to a flat tortilla and spread almost to the edges. Allow the mixture to be fairly thick but not too thick that the tortilla becomes difficult to roll. Roll the tortilla into a pipe shape. Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled up tortilla into even portions and set aside.
Complete for all remaining mix/tortillas. Usually I toss (or snack on) the end pieces as they don’t always cut well or have enough mixture in them.
