Cheesy Stuffed Chicken Breast

It is a crowd favorite at Tim Hortons, the Herb and Garlic cream cheese. So why wouldn’t it be a crowd favorite when you stuff a chicken breast with it? Cream Cheese stuffed chicken is always delicious but you really step your game up when you use a Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese!

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast

  • 1/4 Cup Philly’s Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Mushrooms, thinly chopped and sliced

  • 1/4 Cup Spinach, chopped

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400F degrees. Using a sharp knife, slice the chicken breast in 1/2 long ways, careful to split the top and bottom parts of the breast evenly. Combine cream cheese, mushrooms and spinach in a bowl and mix well. Stuff each chicken breast with even portions of the mixture. Secure chicken breast with toothpicks.

  • Season both sides of the chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until inside is fully cooked. Serve with veggies and rice.
