Cheesy Stuffed Chicken Breast
It is a crowd favorite at Tim Hortons, the Herb and Garlic cream cheese. So why wouldn’t it be a crowd favorite when you stuff a chicken breast with it? Cream Cheese stuffed chicken is always delicious but you really step your game up when you use a Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese!

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast
1/4 Cup Philly’s Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Mushrooms, thinly chopped and sliced
1/4 Cup Spinach, chopped
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400F degrees. Using a sharp knife, slice the chicken breast in 1/2 long ways, careful to split the top and bottom parts of the breast evenly. Combine cream cheese, mushrooms and spinach in a bowl and mix well. Stuff each chicken breast with even portions of the mixture. Secure chicken breast with toothpicks.
Season both sides of the chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until inside is fully cooked. Serve with veggies and rice.
