Crab Dip

A real crowd pleaser at any sort of function is a really delicious dip, especially a crab dip! It is incredibly easy to make also. I used imitation crab meat for this dish but you easily find crab meat in a can in the aisles at the grocery store. You do you when it comes to what kind of crab meat you want to use, who am I to judge?

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Crab Meat, shredded

  • 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Mozza or Cheddar)

  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

  • 2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp. Worcestershire

  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper

  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion, chopped (Optional Garnish**)

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except the green onions and crab meat. Mix well.

  • Add in the crab meat and mix again. Spray a glass baking or casserole dish with cooking spray then fold in the mixture. Spread evenly. Bake 25 minutes or until it becomes a light golden brown color and it is heated the entire way through. Sprinkle with green onion and serve with chips, crackers or a fresh baguette.
