Homemade Irish Cream

This is a beloved recipe in our family and I actually hesitated sharing it. My mom and I get RAVE reviews when we show up to a Christmas party with this dish and I kind of like that feeling. I hummed and ha’ed and decided I would be nice and share it with the world.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Half & Half Cream

  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream

  • 1 Cup Whiskey

  • 1 Can Condensed Milk

  • 3 Tbsp. Chocolate Syrup

  • 2 Tsp. Instant Coffee (mixed with a little water to make a sludgy mixture)

  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Serve cold over ice. Good for 2 weeks or until expiry date on creams states.
