Hazelnut Coffee Popsicles

Summer is coming to an end … We are NOT ready for this! So we are desperately trying to hold on to it and these coffee popsicles are the perfect way to hold onto what is left! Super simple and the best treat. We even used our favorite NOSE TO GRIND ‘Tool Pusher Roast’ beans for it! YUM!

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Cold Brew Coffee

  • 1/2 Cup Silk Hazelnut Dairy Free Coffee Creamer

Directions

  • First off for the coffee, you want it DOUBLE STRONG! So add more grounds then you typically would for the 4 cups. Combine the coffee and creamer in a large measuring cup with spout. Mix well.

  • Pour mixture in the popsicle molds. Add sticks and cover if applicable. Freeze for a minimum 4 hours. Remove as desired. Enjoy.
