Who doesn’t love shrimp and pasta? Who also doesn’t love cooking with wine? It is that simple. Even though this creamy sauce is made from scratch it really didn’t take much time or effort to make.

Serving Size: 3

  • 1 Handful of dry Angel Hair Pasta

  • 20 Large Shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream

  • 1/2 Cup White Wine

  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch

  • 1 Bulb Garlic, minced

  • 8 Medium Mushrooms, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 White Onion, chopped

  • 1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp. Seasoning Salt

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to Taste

Directions

  • Soak wood kebab sticks for a minimum 1 hour. After peeling and deveining shrimp place securely on wood sticks and season with seasoning salt and garlic powder.

  • Cook pasta fully. While pasta is cooking, in a medium saucepan, heat oil on medium heat then add mushrooms, garlic and onions and season with salt and pepper. After mushrooms, garlic and onions have sauteed slightly, slowly add white wine and allow to simmer another 5 minutes. Add cream and continue to cook. Slowly add corn starch until desired thickness is achieved.

  • Cook shrimp on BBQ (medium heat) for 10 minutes, flipping 1/2 way through.

  • Drain pasta after cooking fully. Fill bowls evenly with pasta then top with sauce, shrimp kebab and serve!
