Carolina BBQ Chicken Burger
I have to say this was one of my fave burgers from burger week this year! Super EASY and full of delicious flavors … that is all you can ask for.

Carolina BBQ Sauce Ingredients
1 Cup Mustard
2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Salt & Pepper
Chicken Patty Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast, flattened
3-4 Tsp. JamDinners Creole Seasoning
Burger Ingredients
2 Kaiser Buns
1.5 Cups Coleslaw
Butter Pickles
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375F. Dry the chicken breast and season then bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature is a minimum 165F.
Combine all sauce ingredients together in a small pot and heat on lo, ensuring well mixed. Simmer on LO for at least 5 minutes then remove from heat and set aside.
When the chicken is done cooking, brush the chicken with thick and heavy portions of the mustard BBQ sauce and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Briefly toast the bun and then prep with the coleslaw and pickes. Add the chicken and serve with grilled corn and more coleslaw.
