Butter Chicken Poutine

Poutine is a truly Canadian dish and why not put a spin on it? We love any excuse to use Cavendish Farms products and they are the perfect fry for any poutine!

Serving Size: 2 Poutines

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Thighs, cubed

  • 1/2 Pack of Cavendish Flavor Crisp Fries

  • 1/2 Jar of Butter Chicken Sauce

  • 3/4 Cup Mozza Cheese, shredded

  • 1-2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 Tsp. Peppeer

  • 1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • Parlsey and Pepper for garnish and seasoning

Directions

  • Cook the fries as per packaging.

  • While the fries are cooking, pan fry the chicken in the oil with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Cook until internal temperature of 165F degrees is reached.

  • Add in the butter chicken sauce and simmer on low until fries are cooked.

  • Split the fries evenly between 2 bowls, top with even portions of the mozza cheese then split the butter chicken mixture on top. Drizzle extra sauce overtop

  • Season with pepper and parsley as desired.
