Chili Cheese Wedges
Football season is the best season …. we love all of the snacks, especially the really simple ones like this! Chili Cheese Wedges! Incredibly easy and a crowd pleaser for sure.
Ingredients
1 Can of Campbell’s Chili
1/2 Pack of Cavendish Wedges
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2-3 Tsp. Pickled Jalapenos (optional)
2-3 Tsp. Banana Peppers (optional)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450F degrees as per the packaging. Cook the potato wedges as per the packaging also. We like to broil on LO for a little longer to crisp up the potatoes further.
While the potatoes are cooking, dump the chili into a medium bowl and reheat in the microwave until desired heat is achieved.
Remove the potato wedges from the oven, spread out on a plate then cover with desired amount of chili. Sprinkle with cheese then top with pickled peppers if needed.
