Butter Chicken Pizza

Another recipe coming in hot where we took some leftovers and added some Indian inspired flavors to pull this together.

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Serving Size: 1 Large Pizza

Pizza Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Crust

  • 1.5-2 Cups Leftover Rotisserie Chicken, shredded

  • 1.5 Cups Mozza or Havarti Cheese, shredded

  • 3/4 Cup Red Onion, sliced

  • 1/4 Cup Jarred Butter Chicken Sauce

  • 3-4 Tsp. Evoolution Thyme Fused Oil

  • 1/2 Cup Parsley, chopped

Lemon Yogurt Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt

  • 2-3 Tsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.

  • Toss the chicken with the butter chicken sauce and 1/2 the thyme oil. Toss well until chicken is really coated.

  • Brush the remaining thyme oil on the pizza crust then spread a thin layer of butter chicken sauce on top.

  • Top with the cheese then the chicken and red onion the place in the oven.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes then broil on LO for 12-15 or until the top is golden brown.

  • While the pizza is baking, make the lemon yogurt sauce and transfer to a squeeze bottle.

  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped parsley. Drizzle with the lemon yogurt sauce.
