Bunny Bread

The smell of fresh bread is AH.MAZE.ING. Walking into a bakery has me like that love struck emoji with hearts in my eyes. Well sometimes the smell of fresh baked bread isn’t worth all the time and energy and you just need to grab a roll of pillsbury crescents and get shit done.

We wanted cute Easter themed bread without all the hassle and time!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 12-15 minutes

Serving Size: 6-7 Bunnies

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

  • 1/3 Cup Margarine, melted

Directions:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375F degrees and spray a large baking sheet.

  • Roll out the dough flat using a rolling pin and cut into long strips of dough. Try to get an even number of strips if possible. Take 1/2 of the strips and roll up each into a pinwheel and spread out on the baking sheet.

  • Take the other half of the long strips and make them into bunny ears and flatten the tip where the ears conenct and slip under each pin wheel to secure it into place and gently press down.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, brush each lightly with the butter or margarine and broil on LO until they become golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

  • Serve with our delicious Spinach and Artichoke Dip!
