Buffalo Chick Pea Lettuce Wraps
What a great spin on a vegetarian meal. Packed with heat and protein. What more could you really want?

Serves: 6-8 Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
6-8 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
1 Can of Chick Peas
3-5 Tbsp. Franks Hot Sauce
1-2 Tsp. JamDinners Buffalo Wing Dry Rub
1-2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1 Jalapeno, chopped
1/4 Red Onion, chopped
Directions
Drain the chick peas and rinse then dry. Pour into a bowl and add the Franks hot sauce, buffalo seasoning and ranch. Mix well.
Scoop the chick pea mixture into the romaine lettuce leaves and then top with the vegetables. Enjoy! If you want it to be creamier add 1 tsp of ranch to the chick pea mixture.
