Brie Apple Flatbread
I needed an easy way to use up some leftover brie and this turned out to be the perfect easy way to do so.
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 1 Flatbread
Ingredients
1 Flatbread
1 Apple, thinly sliced
7-9 Slices of Brie
1/8 Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
2-3 Tsp. Evoolution Thyme Fused Oil
1-2 Tsp. Evoolution Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh Thyme
Pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375F. Brush the Thyme fused oil on the flatbread then top with the brie slices (and sprinkle a little pepper if desired). Lay the apple slices on top then top with red onion and sprinkle the fresh thyme on top.
Bake for 10 minutes, broil on LO for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Drizzle the honey ginger white balsamic vinegar on top and serve.
