  • 3/4 Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine

  • Salt & Pepper to taste OR; JamDinners Steak Spice Seasoning to taste

Directions

  • Cook steak to desired temperature on the BBQ or in a pan if you don’t dare BBQ in cold weather. Allow the blue cheese to sit at room temperature while the steak is cooking, this will help it melt slightly.

  • Saute the red onions in melted margarine in a pan over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the onions from the pan and set aside.

  • Once the steaks are done cooking remove from BBQ immediately and top with bacon and blue cheese and sauteed onions while still hot. Drizzle the remaining melted margarine/juices from the onion pan over top of the steaks. Broil on low in the oven for 3-4 minutes to help the melting.

  • Serve with sauteed mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
