Ingredients
2 Round Steaks
1/2 Pack of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 Tbsp. Margarine
Salt & Pepper to taste OR; JamDinners Steak Spice Seasoning to taste
Directions
Cook steak to desired temperature on the BBQ or in a pan if you don’t dare BBQ in cold weather. Allow the blue cheese to sit at room temperature while the steak is cooking, this will help it melt slightly.
Saute the red onions in melted margarine in a pan over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the onions from the pan and set aside.
Once the steaks are done cooking remove from BBQ immediately and top with bacon and blue cheese and sauteed onions while still hot. Drizzle the remaining melted margarine/juices from the onion pan over top of the steaks. Broil on low in the oven for 3-4 minutes to help the melting.
Serve with sauteed mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
