Big Mac Tacos
I mean who doesn’t love a good Big Mac am I right? You could probably tell by looking at our recipes that we clearly like them because we have pulled together a few recipes in honor of the mighty Big Mac! Check out these delicious and easy tacos!

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Serving Size: 6-8 Small Tacos
Big Mac Sauce Ingredients
1 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
1 Tsp. White Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1/2 Tsp. Paprika
1/4 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Taco Ingredients
6-8 Small Tortillas
1lb. Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef
1-2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup White Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Pickles, chopped
1-2 Tsp. Salt
1-2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1-2 Tsp. Pepper
1-2 Tsp. Garlic EVOO Oil
Directions
Mix all sauce ingredients together. Allow to sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours to get better flavor. Leave in fridge overnight for best flavor.
Heat a pan up over medium heat, drizzle in the EVOO oil then add the ground beef. Season with the salt, pepper & garlic powder. Cook over medium hit, mixing periodically until fully cooked. About 10-12 minutes depending on your stove and pan.
Once almost fully cooked, add in 1/4 cup of the shredded cheddar and mix up until it melts. This is just delicious extra-ness. Prep the tacos, add toppings and enjoy!
MAKE IT EASY - Use pre-made Bigmac Sauce from the store instead of making from scratch.
MAKE IT EXTRA - Use good quality slices of cheese in the beef mixture and crumble or chop that for on top also.
MAKE IT VEGETARIAN - Swap the ground beef for a ground meatless option.
