  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika

  • 1/4 Tsp. Onion Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef

  • Nacho Chips (as desired // line a baking sheet)

  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce, chopped

  • 3/4 White Onion, chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Dill Pickles, chopped

  • 2-3 Tsp. JamDinners Steak Spice Seasoning

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F. Prep bigmac sauce by combining all ingredients, mixing well and then transfering to a squeeze bottle. Set aside.

  • Cook the ground beef in a medium pan over medium heat. Season generously with Steak Spice and cook until beef is 145F minimum.

  • Once the beef is done cooking, lay the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Evenly spread the ground beef generously overtop.

  • Top the ground beef with the onions and the cheese. Ensure great coverage.

  • Bake for about 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted. Remove from the oven, top with the pickles and lettuce then drizzle with the mac sauce and serve! Voila!

  • If you have sesame seeds you could even top the nachos with some of those to really round out the bigmac feel of this dish!

  • Seriously go enjoy this meal and honestly, it my be an unpopular opinion but even the leftovers reheated in the microwave (minus the lettuce of course) is ALMOST as good as fresh outta the oven!
