Beef & Mushroom Crostini w/ Horseradish Spread
With COVID restrictions on gatherings we have taken the opportunity to get creative and fancy with some of our football Sunday recipes. This Beef Crostini is the perfect example of creative but still easy. Has me feeling like I am enjoying a steak meal in summer even though there is snow outside on the ground.
Ingredients
1 Baguette, sliced
200g of sliced Roast Beef, ripped into smaller portions
2 Cups Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions (sautee with garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce)
1/3 Cup Horseradish Spread
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees. Bake the sliced baguette pieces for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and lather the horseradish spread on each slice generously. Top with 1-2 Tbsp. of roast beef.
Scoop 1 tsp of the sauteed vegetables on top. Voila.
