Bacon Ranch Chicken Kebobs

A simple twist on a summer classic … BBQ-ing is a staple in the summer time and nothing is better then ANY BBQ-ed meat. Steak is KING but we all know we can’t eat steak every night for dinner … it just isn’t healthy for us. These chicken kebobs are so delicious and a great way to mix up your flavors. We make our own ranch seasoning but by all means purchase the packaged seasoning. it is so much easier/faster.

  • 2 Chicken Breast, cut into 1-2 inch cubes

  • 1/2 Pack of Bacon, cut into 2 inch squares

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

  • 3-4 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning

  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  • Combine the ranch seasoning, olive oil and pepper. Mix well. Combine the seasoning mixture with the chicken cubes in a ziploc bag and ensure all the chicken gets coated by the mixture. Allow to sit in the fridge to marinate for minimally 1 hour.
