Bacon Ranch Chicken Kebobs
A simple twist on a summer classic … BBQ-ing is a staple in the summer time and nothing is better then ANY BBQ-ed meat. Steak is KING but we all know we can’t eat steak every night for dinner … it just isn’t healthy for us. These chicken kebobs are so delicious and a great way to mix up your flavors. We make our own ranch seasoning but by all means purchase the packaged seasoning. it is so much easier/faster.
Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
1/2 Pack of Bacon, cut into 2 inch squares
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3-4 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning
1/2 Tsp. Pepper

Microwave the bacon on a plate lined with paper towel for about 1 minute. Remove from the microwave.
