Not really Buffalo … but Buffalo Chicken goodness for sure. One of the first recipes we ever shared which has been a staple in our house was our shredded buffalo chicken. I love being able to through it into the crock pot with hot sauce ranch and spices and let’er ride until we are ready to shred it and eat. It is so versatile and we have used the basis of it to create a number of our favorite recipes. All of them are so easy and we wanted to capture a couple of our all time favorites for you! So … here are your 4 ways to Buffalo:
Buffalo Chicken Rice Bowl - Not only is this an incredibly healthy way to enjoy the buffalo chicken recipe, there are also a ton of dffferent ways to spruce up your bowl. We like to keep it simple and we went with a rice and lettuce base, some fresh veggies and a ranch drizzle but honestly … you do you.
Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sammies - OMG! Any other fans of grilled cheese? Well hopefully you are. It is pretty hard to NOT enjoy bread and cheese grilled to perfection. Well there is a way to enjoy it even more …. add in some shredded buffalo chicken! It just brings your grilled cheese game up a couple levels and is a great lunch idea to use up some of the buffalo chicken leftovers.
Buffalo Chicken Pizza - You know we’ve got a serious love for pizza. We prob cook or eat pizza once a day, and given the buffalo chicken was one of our first recipes, and remains one of our favorite recipes it seems only smart to combine the two for a spicy and tasty dinner!
Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps - Another great and healthy way to enjoy our buffalo chicken and another great lunch idea! Simply scoop some out onto some freshly washed romaine lettuce, top with tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and a little ranch. Voila. Also very easy to make!
