2022 Super Bowl Choco Shreddies

Super Bowl is almost here and we’ve got a great match up! The Cincinnati Bengals take on the LA Rams … IN LA! It is going to be a great game, and you can’t forget about the dope half time show! Anyways, these Shreddies treats are super easy and fun to make. They are the perfect sweet snack and can be drizzled with colored chocolate to match the 2 teams as we did here!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Cups of Shreddies

  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

  • 1/4 Cup Icing Sugar

  • Food Coloring of choice

Directions

  • Melt chocolate and pour over the shreddies then toss together until all shreddies are covered. Melt more chocolate as needed. Sprinkle with icing sugar very lightly.

  • If you are wanting colored chocolate, set some of the melted chocolate aside and add the drops of food coloring. Allow the choco covered shreddies to sit in the fridge or freezer on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single-ish layer for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden before moving to the colored chocolate. Mix the food coloring and remaining melted chocolate together well then use a piping bag to drizzle over the shreddies.

  • If you find your chocolate start to harden again when adding the food coloring then add a tiny bit of water to help make the chocolate smooth again.

MAKE IT EASY - Stick to 1 color of chocolate and do the entire mixture in that color.

MAKE IT EXTRA - Add in sliced almonds or cranberries to the mixture for extra flavors.
