White Truffle Smashed Potatoes

YUM! How can you not like these potatoes. Easy to make and truffle flavor is amazing!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30-40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8-12 Mini Yellow or White Potatoes

  • 4-5 Cloves of Garlic, minced

  • 1 Tsp. EVOO White Truffle Oil

  • 3/4 Tsp. Black Pepper

  • 1-2 Pinches of EVOO Black Truffle Salt

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F. Boil the potatoes in a pot of water until fully cooked, drain and lay on a lightly sprayed baking sheet. Using the bottom of a flat cup, gently push down “smashing” the potatoes.

  • Drizzle the truffle oil overtop and then sprinkle with the black truffle salt, pepper and minced garlic.

  • Place in oven for 10 minutes to crisp. Broil on LO until desired brown has been achieved.

  • Sprinkle with a little extra truffle salt and drizzle with a little extra oil.
