White Truffle Smashed Potatoes
YUM! How can you not like these potatoes. Easy to make and truffle flavor is amazing!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
Ingredients
8-12 Mini Yellow or White Potatoes
4-5 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Tsp. EVOO White Truffle Oil
3/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1-2 Pinches of EVOO Black Truffle Salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Boil the potatoes in a pot of water until fully cooked, drain and lay on a lightly sprayed baking sheet. Using the bottom of a flat cup, gently push down “smashing” the potatoes.
Drizzle the truffle oil overtop and then sprinkle with the black truffle salt, pepper and minced garlic.
Place in oven for 10 minutes to crisp. Broil on LO until desired brown has been achieved.
Sprinkle with a little extra truffle salt and drizzle with a little extra oil.
