Truffle Parm Fries
Truffle anything catches our attention and when you can make an easy truffle recipe that is even better. If you have ever had the truffle fries at a fancy restaurant you will love this recipe because it is so easy to duplicate it at home - for far cheaper!
Ingredients
1/2 Bag of Cavendish Restaurant Style Fries
1/4 Cup Parmesan, shaved or shredded
2-3 Tsp. EVOO White Truffle Oil
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. EVOO Black Truffle Salt
Directions
Cook the fries as per packaging. Immediately after removing fries from the oven transfer to a large bowl, add in the truffle oil, truffle salt and pepper. Gently tossing the fries to ensure even coverage. Add a little more of each if needed.
Plate the fries as desired then shave or shred the parmesan directly on top - then they are ready to serve!
