Steak Bites w/ Steak Sauce

Before you get too excited … this steak sauce IS NOT similar to the amazing steak sauce you can find at Japanese Village (sorry to disappoint you all) but trust me when I say it is delicious. I could not for the life of me find a replica recipe for that sauce and couldn’t create one good enough on my own. I decided to stop trying to duplicate it and instead create my own. This is a tasty treat and the Mr. actually likes it better! It is perfect for steak bites or even garlic butter shrimp.

Serving Size: 2

Steak Bite Ingredients

  • 2 Medium sized Steaks of choice, cut into bite size pieces

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter

  • 2 Tsp. Salt

  • 2 Tsp. Pepper

  • 2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tsp. Onion Powder

Steak Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Toasted Sesame Seeds

  • 125ml Vegetable Oil

  • 100ml Soy Sauce

  • 60ml Heavy Cream

  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated Garlic

  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder

  • 1 Tsp. Mustard Powder

  • 1/2 Egg Yolk

Directions

  • Combine all sauce ingredients in a magic bullet, mix well and place in the fridge. Allow to chill for a minimum of 1 hour prior to serving.

  • After the hour has passed, heat the butter for the steak in a medium pan, add the steak. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Cook until desired redness is achieved. Serve with steak sauce and even a side of rice if desired.
