Spicy Tuna Lettuce Wraps

Looking for an easy and fairly healthy lunch recipe? Well this is exactly it! Spicy Tuna Lettuce Wraps provide a little kick to your lunch time routine without creating too much work.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Light Flaked Tuna, drained

  • 3-5 Romaine Leaves, rinsed

  • 1/4 Celery Stalk, finely chopped

  • 1/4 of a Red Onion, half finely chopped and half thinly sliced

  • 3-4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

  • 1-2 Tsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce

  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except the sliced onions and romaine lettuce in a bowl and mix well. Scoop the tuna mixture into the romaine leaves then top with the sliced onion and additional sriracha if desired.
